Enhancing Cooperation with ICGEB
As part of enhancing cooperation with the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), located in Italy and specializing in genetic engineering research, Professor Emanuele Buratti, the group leader of the Molecular Pathology Lab., has been invited to attend the events of the 7th Biotechnology Conference that hosted by the BTRC on Saturday 24/2/2024.
Today, February 22, 2024, the Director-General of the center met Dr Buratti along with The Deputy Director-General of the center and all department managers and heads of scientific departments. During the meeting, Presentations and visual displays were given on the most important ongoing scientific research. Then, Professor Buratti delivered a lecture on the his organization’s activities, major scientific achievements, and future plans.
During the meeting, cooperation programs in various research activities were discussed to facilitate the exchange of expertise in common scientific fields. Subsequently, the Director-General of the center accompanied the guest on a tour of the center’s laboratories.
The visiting guest expressed his welcome to the cooperation with the center and admired all the presentations he witnessed, as well as the capabilities and competencies of the center.
تعزيز التعاون مع منظمة ICGEB
في إطار تعزيز التعاون مع منظمة ICGEB ومقرها الرئيسى فى ايطاليا والتى تهتم بأبحاث الهندسة الوراثية تم دعوة البروفيسور ايمانويل بيوراتى رئيس فريق أبحاث علم الأمراض الجزيئية لحضور فعاليات المؤتمر وعرض آخر ابحاثه العلمية فى المؤتمر السابع للتقنيات الحيوية الذى سيعقده المركز يوم السبت القادم.
حيث استقبل اليوم الخميس 22 فبراير 2024م مدير عام المركز ممثل المنظمة وحضر الاجتماع السيد نائب مدير عام المركز وكافة مدراء الادارات ورؤساء الأقسام العلمية، وتم اعطاء فكرة وعروض مرئية عن أهم الأبحاث العلمية الجارية بالمركز.
ثم قام البروفيسور بيوراتي باعطاء محاضرة عن نشاطات المنظمة وأهم انجازاتها العلمية وخططها المستقبلية، وخلال الاجتماع تم مناقشة برامج التعاون فى عدد من البرامج والأنشطة البحثية لتسهيل نقل الخبرات في المجالات العلمية المشتركة، ثم قام مدير عام المركز بمرافقة الضيف فى جولة داخل أروقة ومعامل المركز.
أعرب الضيف الزائر عن ترحيبه بالتعاون مع المركز وأبدى اعجابه بكافة العروض التى شاهدها وبامكانيات والكفاءات بالمركز.
